We take teams out of their comfort zone and engage them in a meaningful CSR project. This breaks down silos, improves communication and is proven to have a tangible and lasting impact on team performance while benefiting the local community.

We work with businesses, charities and academic institutions to provide leadership and development, high performance coaching and team building with a focus on corporate social responsibility. Fusion provides an effective way of improving team performance through unique team building and leadership development programmes. These not only boost individual and company performance but make a lasting difference to the community.

Our initiatives provide unique, motivational experiences that deliver positive, tangible results for everyone – individual, team, company, charity and community.

Projects can range from building recreation and rehabilitation areas and therapy gardens to creating outdoor classrooms and edible gardens, right through to delivering aid to communities in need.

The bottom line is the triple bottom line: social, environmental and financial: people, planet and profit.

Fusion will match your organisation with a local charitable organisation in need, which reflects your company values.

Design

Fusion will design a bespoke project to match the charity needs, and any learning / CSR objectives for your company.

Plan

Your team will be challenged to plan their very own Fusion Initiative from design to construction and everything in between.

Z

Lead

Your team will be required to lead your Fusion Initiative (fully supported), allocate key roles and resources and communicate your plan. All tools and materials will be provided.

Deliver

Your project will be delivered to a high standard to your chosen local charity. Conduct a personal handover to the charity and celebrate your success as a stronger team.

Reflect & Learn

Facilitated After Action Review (AAR): exploring lessons learnt and how to transfer these back into the workplace. Intra-team relationships and working practices are significantly improved.
