Projects can range from building recreation and rehabilitation areas and therapy gardens to creating outdoor classrooms and edible gardens, right through to delivering aid to communities in need.

how we do it
Partner
Fusion will match your organisation with a local charitable organisation in need, which reflects your company values.
Design
Fusion will design a bespoke project to match the charity needs, and any learning / CSR objectives for your company.
Plan
Your team will be challenged to plan their very own Fusion Initiative from design to construction and everything in between.
Lead
Your team will be required to lead your Fusion Initiative (fully supported), allocate key roles and resources and communicate your plan. All tools and materials will be provided.
Deliver
Your project will be delivered to a high standard to your chosen local charity. Conduct a personal handover to the charity and celebrate your success as a stronger team.
Reflect & Learn
Facilitated After Action Review (AAR): exploring lessons learnt and how to transfer these back into the workplace. Intra-team relationships and working practices are significantly improved.
